Kmart CMO steps down to help same-sex marriage in Calif.

In addition to PR agencies getting involved, now CMOs are joining the campaign to protect same-sex marriage in California. Kmart SVP and CMO Bill Stewart will leave his post as of June 30 to become a full-time volunteer on a campaign.
