MySpace is expanding its one-year-old site, the reported. The original site was a direct Spanish translation of the MySpace English site, but now it includes more content and separate communities that focus on Latino bands, celebrities, soccer, and other interests.
Upcoming campaigns include a kickoff event in Miami April 11, more offline concerts and events, a special “Mi Cuidad” section with city-specific events, a contest for up-and-coming Latino acts, and interviews with bands.
